You can define keyboard shortcuts to single reports, which allows you quick
access from the windows those reports are called from (but not globally).
Example 1
Open the Reports register and navigate to report
034 (General subject information).
Select a key combination from the list in Shortcut:
For this example, we'll use Ctrl+B.
Now that report can be generated by pressing Ctrl+B in the window it is otherwise
available in - the Subject Reports window in this
case.
The key combinations for a report is then shown next to it in the reports
tree and/or list.
Example 2
Open the Reports register and navigate to report
095 (Order).
Select a key combination from the list in Shortcut:
For this example, we'll use Ctrl+B.
Now that report can be generated by pressing Ctrl+B in the window it is otherwise
available in - sales order documents. As sales
order documents have no report criteria window
(you just select a report from the list), pressing
the key combination will generate the associated report.
The key combinations for a report is then shown next to it in the reports
list.
