You can use the Family Members panel for tracking data about employees' family
members.

In this field you can enter the last name of the family member. |
Name

In this field you can enter the name of the family
member. |
Nat. ID No.

In this field you can enter the national identification number of
the family member. |
Date of Birth

In this field you can select from the calendar
the date of birth of the family member |
Tax Number |
In this field you can enter the Tax number of the employee's family
member. The program has integrated checks of the Tax number. If you
enter an incorrect number, the program will report an error. If you
enter a number that was already entered to another employee, the program
will report an error and will not allow to enter the same number twice.

In this field you can select from the drop-down
menu the type of relation in which a family member is towards the employee.
This ID of the relation will be used in M-DC forms. |

In this field you can select from the drop-down menu the sex of
the employee's family member. |
Name at Birth |

In this field you can select from the lookup list the citizenship
of the employee's family member. |
Insured Until
|
In this field you can select from the calendar
the date till when a family member is insured, provided a family member
is insured by the employee. |
Insurance No. |

Enrollment Certificate |
In this field you can enter the date till when
the enrollment certificate of the family member is valid. You must enter
only children that are older than 18 years, are studying and have in
the Relation field selected
the Child option.

Temp. Residence From

in this field you can enter the date from which and to which a temporary
residence is valid. You can define these fields if a family member is
a foreigner with a permanent residence in another country and has a
residence permit for a temporary living in the Republic of Slovenia
that is longer than three months. |
Dependent
|
If you select the Dependent
option, the family member is dependent from the employee. Dependent
family members are used in the calculation of deductions by the Executions
of Judgments in Civil Matters and Insurance of Claims Act. |
Single Parent
|
If you select the Lone Parent option, the employee is a lone parent.

can change it afterwards if required)
