Import Authorizations

The following options are available in assigning authorizations for individual modules and special functions by right clicking the above window section:

• Import Document Types - By using it you can assign authorizations to document types of individual modules (e.g. sales orders, goods issue) and functions  (e.g. confirming orders) at the document type level
• Import Categories - By using ot you can assign authorizations for item categories  (see also Items register authorizations)
• Import Departments - By using it you can assign authorizations for departments.
• Import Cost Centers - By using it you can assign authorizations for cost centers.
• Import SQL Procedures  - By using it you can assign authorizations for ARES commands
• Import Automatic Posting Templates - By using it you can assign authorizations for procedures of automatic posting
• Import Financial Reports - By using it you can assign authorizations for types of financial reports
• Import Report Types - By using if you can assign authorizations for report types
• Import Dashboard - By using it you can assign authorizations for dashboards
