Define the document type for planning by entering the following:

3-digit alphanumeric ID of the document type. |
| Name |
A descriptive name of the document type. |
| Short name |
short name according to your choice of the document
type, which is reported in some overviews. |
| Record Only |
if checked, you keep the document type and you see it in the
main menu, but you have no
access to some additional functions. |
| Note |
Here you enter notes to the
document type, and it is a kind of internal ID of the document type. |
