Tools Scheduling
If checked, recalculates tools requirements.
Resource Scheduling
If checked, recalculates resource requirements.
Employee Scheduling
If checked, recalculates employee requirements.
Plans
If checked, uses plan lines in recalculation.
From
Enter or select date which together with checked parameter Take into Account Only Current Dates determines the current plan lines.
Plan Specs If checked, uses plan specifications when recalculating. Otherwise, if they do not exist, active alternates of product specifications are used.
Decrease Quantity
If checked, decreases quantities required in lines of plan by quantities from stock or production.
Current Plan Only
Check it, in order to use the current plan only. If left unchecked, all plans whose status is not Z - Complete are used when recalculating. When recalculating plans of the same document type as the currently opened plan are used. Another possibility is when the document type is entered with plan document types in the settings for the current plan.
Stock
If checked, uses available stock (inflows) at warehouses when recalculating. Only those warehouses are used which were selected in document type settings of source plan.
Sales Orders
If checked, uses approved sales orders when recalculating. When you already transferred a specific line of sales order to plan, they (regardless of the marked sales orders) are not used in forward material schedule.
From
Enter or select date which together with checked parameter Take into Account Only Current Dates determines the current lines of sales orders.
Purchase Orders
If checked, uses approved purchase orders when recalculating.
From
Enter or select date which together with checked parameter Take into Account Only Current Dates determines the current lines of purchase orders.
Allocations
If checked, uses not yet issued quantities of planned components of work orders released from manufacturing specifications.
From
Enter or select date which together with checked parameter Take into Account Only Current Dates determines the current allocations in work orders.
Work in Progress
If checked, uses unfinished (not yet accepted at warehouse) planned quantities from released work orders.
From
Enter or select date which together with checked parameter Take into Account Only Current Dates determines the current inflows of products or semi-finished products from work orders.
Dismantle into Sublevels
If checked, dismantles specifications into sublevel structure of products when recalculating schedule. If left unchecked, specifications are dismantled to the first level, that is, only to the directly adherent components. Use Alternates for Spec Sublevels is used here.
To Level
Using it you can set to which level of specification structure should the dismantling be performed.
Take into Account and Calculate DatesIf checked, it is set whether schedules will be used in recalculation. What you get is almost identical data to material planning if schedules are not used. The only difference being that you can use all additional functions can be used in schedule timetable such as Create WO, Create Purchase Orders, etc. Basically things not included in material plans.
Take into Account Only Current Dates If checked, it uses only current data, that is data from the date entered in the field From, when recalculating.

We added this checkbox because it was noted that users do not close individual work orders, orders and plans on a regular basis. And so these out-of-date data which have not been marked as closed still influence processing. This way incorrect data are used in projections.

Include Quantity of Material to OrderIf checked, it causes a minimum amount of material and packaging to be used when recalculating requirements. Surplus occurring due to packaging is used later on.
Refresh
Click it in order to refresh data according to the set criteria.

After successfully completing recalculation of material requirements, the time used in execution is displayed in status bar.

After calculating, the window closes automatically. Or stays open depending on how you set Auto-Close Data Recalculation Windows which can be found in the Settings|Program|Administration Panel|Settings|Program Parameters|Manufacturing|Planning. If you checked the former, it is closed automatically.
