You can resize windows at will. To do so, move pointer to the window border or corner. Here the pointer changes to a two-ended arrow pointing in the directions that the window can be resized. Click and hold the left mouse button, drag the windows to the desired size, then release the mouse button.
Scrollbars are used to move up, down, left, or right through data.

Scrollbars appear when there is too much data to fit on one screen. Windows can be resized to view more data.
Some windows have two or more sections that can be resized vertically or horizontally. If this is possible the mouse cursor changes to a vertical or horizontal resize cursor when held over the section border.

Click
