Global Search is used to quickly find:
Select search criteria from dropdown.
If there is more than one search result, the Global
Search Results window is opened, where all results are displayed.
You can use the wildcard % as a replacement for any number of characters.
When searching by items, subjects and contacts % character is displayed in
the window.
On the other hand, this is not the case when searching by documents.
Click 
to open
the global search window from the taskbar. A blank
global search results window is opened to enter search string and specify
database location.
