Settings for eExchange

This chapter describes the settings that eExchange in PANTHEON requires to function correctly.

HINT

To exchange eDocuments or messages, you must activate the service through which you want to exchange data. The following chapters describe the process of activation:

 

Settings for Mailboxes

Like a regular mailbox enables you to receive mail by post, the Mailboxes in PANTHEON enable you to receive electronic documents from various systems of eExchange. For example, through the bizBox mailbox, exchange of eDocuments flows, through the Import from Folders, you can import local files. This chapter contains a collection of instructions for importing and setting preprepared mailboxes.
Edit the key settings for sending eInvoices This chapter contains a use case of defining the key settings needed to successfully send e-invoices,
Edit required settings in the Subjects Register In the Subjects Register, all the partners with whom you conduct business electronically must be entered. This chapter presents a use case of entering a new subject for eExchange.
Import preprepared eWorkflows for eExchange Preprepared eWorkflows help you with eDocument exchange. These must first be imported via Web Service.

Edit settings in exchange settings

To import an eInvoice to PANTHEON, you must set the Exchange Settings. In Exchange Settings, define which data from the eInvoice you want to import to the PANTHEON invoice and to which fields they should be imported.

Edit settings in the Units of Measurement Register

To exchange eDocuments, the units of measurement must be set with international IDs in the Units of Measurement Register. This chapter describes a use case of setting the register.
