Classification Preview

Classifications (or classification scheme) enable the structured classification of documents into different groups.
The classifications we downloaded using the Web Service in the Download classifications step can be additionally edited in the Classification Preview step. We can change the classification's escalation, validity, storage or workflow.
 |
HINT
- You can most easily imagine Classification as a folder into which we file/insert documents of the same type. In addition to the classification of documents, it determines the handling of the document. It determines in which storage this document will be kept/located, how long it will be kept, when it will be proposed for automatic destruction, and the like.
- Advanced settings of classifications, which are necessary for working with eDocumentation, are organized in the Classification Scheme. See detailed instructions in the chapter Classification Scheme.
- You can read detailed information about the Classification Preview step in the chapter Classification Preview.
