Header

The header of the Schedule plan form contains general information about the schedule plan, and the shortcut buttons for quick access to functionalities for creating orders, work orders, checking stock, etc.

If the FMP tab is chosen, some additional functionalities and filters can be found here.

Below is a description of the section’s features:

1. Plan

Here, the name and number of the Plan, from which the schedule plan is created, are displayed.

2. Additional functionalities for FMP

Additional functionalities for FMP are available only when the FMP tab is selected on the Schedule plan form.

Only negative

When this button is selected, the table of FMP plan displays only the material needs with insufficient stock.
The selected button is colored light blue.

Only Plan Data

When this button is selected, the table of FMP plan displays only the material needs from the plan.
The selected button is colored light blue.

Data Related to Plan

When this button is selected, the table of FMP plan displays only the data related to the plan.

This button is available only if Only Plan Data is selected. The selected button is colored light blue.

3. Shortcut buttons

The shortcut buttons allow you to access functionalities of the form quickly. You can access the same functionalities by clicking  (Wizards) in the toolbar, and selecting the functionality from the menu.

 (Refresh)

By clicking the button, you open the Refresh schedule plan form for recalculating the schedule plan with new data and/or parameters.

 (Create Orders)

By clicking the button, you open the Create purchase orders form for creating the purchase orders for material needs for the plan.

 (Orders Overview)

By clicking the button, you open the Schedule plan – Purchase orders overview form for the overview of the purchase orders crated from this schedule plan.

 (Create WO)

By clicking the button, you open the Create WO from Schedule form for creating the WO’s from the plan, and start the production of the plan.

 (WO Overview)

By clicking the button, you open the Schedule plan – WO overview form for the overview of WO’s created from this schedule plan.

 (Available Stock)

By clicking the button, you open the Available stock form where you can overview the stock available for production.

 (Stock Movement Overview)

By clicking the button, you open the Stock Movement Overview form, where you can overview the expected movement of the stock in the future.

 (Copy FMP to Plan)

By clicking the button, you open the Copy FMP to Plan form for creating plan lines from the schedule lines.

4. Filters

By using filters, you can select the data that is being displayed in the FMP table. Filters are available only if the FMP tab is selected.

From

Enter the start date of the desired period that you want to filter the lines in the table by.

To

Enter the end date of the desired period that you want to filter the lines in the table by.

Item                           

Select the item from the Items register that you want to filter the lines in the table by.

Name

Select the name of the item from the Items register that you want to filter the lines in the table by.

Prod. Variant

Select the product variant of an item that you want to filter the lines in the table by.

Reset

Clicking the button resets the filters. It does not change the view in the table by itself.

Filter

Clicking the button changes the view in the table, according to the filters used.

Item Type

Only the item types with the checkbox checked will be displayed in the table.
