PANTHEON DMS

eDocumentation is an electronic storage of documents and is part of or one of the pillars of the PANTHEON DMS (Document Management System).

It acts as a central warehouse of ALL documentation that is used and created in the company, as well as documentation that we receive and exchange with our business partners and other entities.

Depending on the way documents are stored, we differentiate:

1. "Usual" eDocumentation , which stores documents in the cloud and is the default form of document storage in PANTHEON,
2. Certified eDocumentation, which stores documents on the cloud in accordance with legal requirements and
3. Local eDocumentation, which stores documents in a local database.

eExchange is a Datalab service that enables the exchange of all types of electronic documents (e-invoices, e-orders, e-delivery notes, etc.).

To use the eExchange service in PANTHEON, it is required to activate and define relevant settings.

WARNING All three functionalities: eDocumentation , eExchange and eWorkflows are included in all PANTHEON licenses. Before using the eExchange and eDocumentation services for the first time, you have to activate them.

eExchange takes place in mailboxes, with import and export from eDocumentation. The entire process is controlled by predefined eWorkflows.

The only exceptions here are SMS and Viber  messages that are not sent via eDocumentation.

eWorkflow is a set of connected elements (blocks) that control operations in PANTHEON through defined functions and the result of which is faster and automated execution of repetitive tasks, a set of tasks in PANTHEON, such as, for example, VAT calculation, End of year calculations etc.

eWorkflow is also a key and connecting pillar within PANTHEON DMS system. It works as a robot that, in connection with PANTHEON servers with the automation (PAAS), controls the operations eDocumentation and eExchange.
