Reports
The Reports form provides a comprehensive overview of Fixed Assets, Small Tools and Fixed Assets in Acquisition displaying all relevant data based on the selected criteria. Reports can be generated in multiple formats to accommodate different operational and analytical needs, including a card view, a register (list) view, or an inventory count sheet.
The content of Reports is determined by the posting method assigned to each asset and can be filtered using any available field from the asset registers. This flexibility allows for tailored reporting based on specific organizational needs.
The Reports form can be accessed via the Toolbar by clicking the
(Reports) button in the Fixed Assets, Small Tools and Register-Fixed Assets in Acquisition registers.
