Sorting Data

In PANTHEON, we can arrange the view of the lines in ascending or descending order of the data in each column.

We start the sorting process by left-clicking on the gray box that contains the description of the field.

This sorts the records in ascending order first. Starting at 0 in numeric fields and at A in alphanumeric fields.

When the same function is used on the same column again, the data will be sorted in descending order.

HINT

For editing the column order, see chapter Rearranging and resizing columns.
