To-do

To-do or task lists in PANTHEON allow you to work in a guided way. They will remind you of the assignments that you need to complete within a certain time limit. At the same time, they allow for the work to be delegated to another person responsible when an employee is absent.

Using Tecta as an example, the following chapters describe in detail the most relevant processes related to tasks:

Overview of tasks in To-do This chapter describes in detail what the tasks are and how they can be viewed by the user.
Creating a task Tasks can be created automatically by a workflow or manually. This chapter presents how to manually create a task.
User absence This chapter presents an example of how to redirect a task to another person in the company when the user primarily assigned to the task is absent.
