Workflow

In PANTHEON, workflow means a guided process of using specific functionalities from the beginning to the end of the desired result (report, etc.). The examples of predefined PANTHEON workflows include: VAT account, payroll preparation, year-end process, incoming and outgoing mail, invoices received and issued. By introducing workflows into your work with PANTHEON, you can optimize, automate and speed up recurring tasks.

Workflows are created, edited and activated in the window Workflow - design, which can be accessed by opening the menu Settings | Documentation | Workflow design.

Using Tecta as an example, a user manual was prepared to help you understand the process of setting up and using workflows.

Transferring a workflow from server

Workflow is a functionality that allows you to automate and speed up your business process. This chapter describes in detail the functionalities of a workflow and the process of transferring the predefined workflows from a web server.

Importing a workflow from folder

Archiving scanned documents is a common activity in the business processes. For this purpose, an example of a workflow that allows you to add documents from a folder to eDocumentation is presented in this chapter.

ePosting workflows

ePosting denotes the broader process of scanning documents, converting them into electronic form, identifying their content, converting the records created into eInvoices and archiving them to eDocumentation. The whole process includes several different workflows. This chapter describes a use case of an ePosting workflow.
