The module is intended for short-term (up to one year) cash flow planning. It allows us to review and analyze data based on a predetermined term (week, quarter, year). With the module, we can compare data with previous data and/or planned data. The results can be numerical or indexed.

Number Planning document number
Period from to The period for which we are doing short-term planning.
Comparative period from to The comparative period that serves as the basis for the data for current planning and comparison with the realized.
Confirmed The confirmed document can no longer be changed.
Entered On The date on which we are preparing the planning document.
Show We can choose between displaying Planned, Realized and data from the comparative period (Comparative Period, Compare Result-Plan, Compare Results-Comparative Period).
Document types With a checkmark, we select the desired types of documents for display.
By clicking this button, we transfer data from the previous period.
By clicking this button, we recalculate the data.

In case of using formula 2, we can also use the calculation according to this formula in planning via the switch: .
Realized Display of data in the Realized column based on the date: Period From, Period To.
Comparative period Display of data in the Comp. period column based on the date: Compare Period From, Compare Period To.
Comparison realized-planned Comparison of amounts in the column based on amount/Index.
Comparison realized - comparative period Comparison of amounts in the column based on amount/Index.
