Completed service

All data on the services performed in the animal treatment process and the materials used, medications, etc. are recorded in the treatment document. In case the owner additionally purchases items at the clinic's reception, the receptionist can add them to the tab Completed service.

We have prepared a user manual with examples for easier understanding of the functionality on the tab Completed service. The tab is located on the treatment documents, which we access in the menu Veterinary | Treatment.

TIP

For more detailed information about the program forms, read in The Guide to PANTHEON VET, in the chapter Completed service.

We have divided the manual into the following chapters:

Serial numbers

In veterinary medicine, medications and other materials are used, which are precisely tracked by serial numbers. This way, traceability can be monitored. Data about the serial number is available for selection during receipt, consumption of items, or anywhere else on the form when we want to check the data about the present items with serial numbers. In this chapter, we will present an example of viewing the data about the serial number on the used/selected item.

Stock

The stock of medications, materials, or goods must be in the warehouse so that their consumption can be recorded on the treatment documents. If the stock of the item in the selected warehouse is insufficient, the program returns a message notifying the user. The user can check the stock status of the item across warehouses. In this chapter, we will present an example of viewing the stock status of the selected item.

Warehouse card

The stock of medications, materials, or goods must be in the warehouse so that their consumption can be recorded on the treatment documents. The user can check the stock status of the item across warehouses or the movement of items between warehouses. For this purpose, the functionality is available Warehouse card.

In this chapter, we will present an example of viewing the warehouse card of the selected item.

On-call duty Short description
Create summary document

The process of treating animals can take a longer time, during which the owner brings the animal (or several different animals within a certain period) multiple times for treatment to the veterinarian (check-ups, wound dressing, etc.). In this case, the owner can pay for the service when the treatment is completed. The program will record multiple treatment documents, and after the treatment is completed, the responsible person combines them into one common invoice. In this chapter, we will present an example of creating an invoice where multiple treatments will be combined.

Invoicing VVV
Create document

Treatment documents in the veterinary clinic are the basis for preparing the final document, which can be an invoice or delivery note. Once the final document is generated, changes to the treatment are no longer possible. We have prepared examples and descriptions of using the document creation functionality that concludes the treatment.
