Import from Folders Mailbox

For automatized import of documents from a custom folder, the eWorkflow Import from Folders is available on Datalab Web Service. The eWorkflow needs the Import from folders Mailbox, which must be created.
When creating, you determine the location of the folder for importing documents, classification and other data.

The person responsible wants to create a new mailbox.
To do so, the person responsible selects the menu Settings | Program | Administration Panel.
The person responsible selects the Settings | Documentation | Mailboxes panel.
In the navigation bar, the person responsible selects the
(Enter Record) button.
A new mailbox is created.

Next, the person responsible enters data.
Into the Name field, the person responsible enters a custom name: Import from Folders GDPR.
In the Subject field, the person responsible selects the subject that will define documents transferred through the mailbox: Tecta Plc..

Form the drop-down list in the Classification field, the person responsible selects the classification that will define documents transferred through the mailbox.
For storing customer GDPR permissions for the Tecta loyalty card, the person responsible selects the correct classification: 064 – Protection of personal data, sensitive data, business and tax secrets.

With Operations, you determine the functionality of the mailbox. In this case, the person responsible selects the folder, from which data will be imported and a folder for control, where imported documents are copied.
The person responsible must first create the custom folders for importing and control in Windows Explorer.
On the Settings tab, the person responsible clicks the empty Operation field and enters the operation "acReadFrom". This is the command for importing documents.
Into the Data column, the person responsible enters the path to the folder with files for import: C:\Import from Folders GDPR
Into the second row of the Operation column, the person responsible enters the operation "acMoveTo". This is the command for control of imported documents.
Into the column Data, the person responsible enters the path to the control folder: C:\Import from Folders GDPR\bkp
