Document type settings
|
The documents that will be used in eDocumentation must be in assigned an archive and a classification in the Document types register. The step Setting up document types allows you to associate a document type with an archive type and DMS classifications, which is shown as a user example later in this chapter.

Edit classifications using the classification preview
|
The Classifications, which we downloaded using the Web Services during the Download classifications step, can be additionally edited during the Classification Preview step. We can change the classification's escalation, validity, retention or business process.

Edit links to forms and archives

In the Links to forms and archives step, we can edit links between PANTHEON forms, classifications and archives. We have shown the latter below.

View the storage you have downloaded using the Web Services
|
The Storage Preview step allows us to check storage that we have downloaded using the Web Service or created anew. Here we can only inspect the storage. Settings cannot be changed on this form.

Check your mailbox settings using the preview

The step Mailboxes Preview allows us to quickly check the settings mailboxes in the register, such as entity, classification and username. Below is a user example of the review.

Manage the flow of documents (for the entity) through the mailbox

In the e-Services step, we arrange the flow of documents for the entity via the mailbox. By combining the settings, we can specify the mailbox for sending. An example of linking a specific entity to a document type is shown.
