Export Document as eSLOG for Customer

You can export PANTHEON documents for individual subjects and exchange them in different ways and in different forms.
Create a document in eSLOG or PDF format that can be saved to eDocumentation or forwarded to a customer by e-mail.
This chapter presents the Export eDocument Document for Customer feature, which is found in the toolbar of documents by clicking the
(Import/Export Data) button.

WARNING
The Export eDocument Document for Customer feature is found on various documents under various names. In all cases, the exporting process is the same, the only difference is the document type. According to document types, the names are:
Sales orders:
- Export Sales Order as eDocument – exports the sales order
- Export Preliminary Invoice as eDocument – features for exporting preliminary invoices
Purchase orders:
- Export Purchase Orders as eDocument – purchase orders are exported in the same way
Issue (issue documents):
- Export eDocument Issue Document – exports issued invoices
- Export eDocument Packing Slip – feature for exporting packing slips

The person responsible selects Goods | Issue | Document and the suitable document type.
In this case, the person responsible selects the document type 3000 – Sale.
On the previously created document for subject Merkur Ltd., the person responsible selects the
(Import/Export Data) button in the toolbar, then the Export eDocument Document for Customer feature.

A Export subject's document as eDocument form opens, which displays a list of issue documents for subject Merkur Ltd. ready to send.
In the ESlog type field, the currently valid version: ESlog 2.0 is pre-set.
The person responsible wants to send the document by e-mail in eSLOG 2.0 (with an XML envelope) and PDF formats, and save them to eDocumentation.
To do this, the person responsible leaves the checkboxes shown in the image below checked.

HINT
The default value in the Date from field is the first day of the current year. The Customer field contains the subject of the document on which you ran the feature.
Both criteria can be changed and by clicking the Collect button, data is refreshed.

In the Document Types section, the person responsible marks all checkboxes by right-clicking the mouse and selecting the Select All feature to include all document types on the list.
To export only approved documents, the person responsible unchecks the N – Not approved in the Status section.
By clicking the Collect button, the person responsible refreshes the documents on the list, as per the new settings.

On the list, the person responsible checks the checkboxes in the Sel. (Select) column for the issue documents they want to export.

By clicking the Create button, the person responsible runs the export operation of documents to eDocumentation and sending the documents to a subject.
By clicking the OK button, the person responsible closes the Information window notifying the user the operation is complete.
A Documents form opens, where the newly created documents stored in eDocumentation are visible.
From data in eDocumentation, you can see that the eInvoice:

Additional information about eInvoices are found on the tabs:
- Links – this tab displays the links of the original PANTHEON invoice, which is quickly accessible by clicking the Link Key.

- Metadata – displays the key data: Subject and Classification, as set on the classification 250 – Invoices (received, issued, internal) and documentation required to create them.

- Files – diplays all created files.

In the next step, you can forward eInvoices with the status Send to recipients, using the eWorkflow Send document to bizBox.
