Evaluation

In a company, the performance of employees is evaluated and monitored monthly or periodically by their superior. Such periodic evaluation can be tracked at the level of the individual job and at the level of an individual employee.
In PANTHEON, the following types of evaluation can be carried out:
- Personal rating is designed as a simple evaluation without evaluation criteria.
- Periodic rating is designed as an evaluation based on the predefined evaluation criteria, which is carried out using the wizard Copy evalution.
