Evaluating employee's work

In a company, a superior can evaluate and monitor the performance of employees monthly or periodically. Such periodic evaluation can be tracked at the level of the individual job and at the level of an individual employee.
Below is an example of an employee evaluation.

CASE SUMMARY
The person responsible wants to check and evaluate their subordinates. This is done as follows:
- Checking the evaluation in PANTHEON
- Checking the evaluation in PANTHEON Web Light
- Selecting the employee
- Viewing the rating
- Employee Evaluation in PAW
- Authorization for evaluation

1. Checking the evaluation in PANTHEON
In PANTHEON, the person responsible prepares a periodic rating of the employee.
First, the person responsible needs to open the employee's Employee Files .
The person responsible clicks the panel Position/salary | Personal rating.
By selecting the feature Wizards | Copy evaluation, the person responsible can now enter the employee's rating based on the evaluation.

The window Employee evaluation by positions opens, where the person responsible enters the relevant data.

The employee's rating entry is automatically transferred to PANTHEON Web Light.
Below is the description of how to check the rating in PANTHEON Web Light.
2. Checking the evaluation in PANTHEON Web Light
To check an employee evaluation, the person responsible clicks Personnel | Evaluation in PANTHEON Web Light.
Thus opens the window Evaluation.

Here, the person responsible selects the desired employee.
3. Selecting the employee
Clicking the left arrow button
button (Show) opens the panel Employees.
From the drop-down list, the person responsible selects the desired employee: Worker John.

On the left side, information about all the employee's evaluations is displayed.
4. Viewing the evaluation
In this case, the person responsible wants to view the evaluation created in PANTHEON for the period 2024-06.

The titles of evaluations for this particular job position or employee are defined in the Evaluation types:
- Tracking changes
- Accuracy
The data on the achieved Points/percent is transferred from PANTHEON.
In the highlighted column, the person responsible changes the status of the evaluation from Working to Evaluated.

5. Employee evaluation in PAW
The manager can also evaluate their subordinates in PAW.
Before this, the evaluations must be processed in the Pantheon program (Point 1). The employee is evaluated by selecting a grade in the Grade column. Tha change is saved automatically.

Evaluation in PAW for now works only if the switch Add Up Points in the Pantheon program, in panel Personal Rating is not enabled.

6. Authorization for evaluation
To enable a superior to evaluate their subordinates and allow the superior to review only their own evaluations, appropriate authorizations need to be established.
Settings for the manager:

Authorization settings that allow a superiors to evaluate their subordinates where they are designated as an evaluator.
