Mailroom

The Mailroom form is a single form that supports bi-directional, user-defined mailboxes for sending and retrieving messages and documents between PANTHEON DMS and external resources. It is a digital mailroom, where incoming and outgoing communications are processed, organized, and routed to the appropriate destinations or users.

It allow you to connect to external resources such as web services, emails, printers, local folders, ftp, etc.

Hint Mailboxes in the Mailroom form can be customized and configured for user's needs. All configuration of Mailroom mailboxes is done in Administration Panel | Settings | Documentation | Mailboxes panel. You can find more information  in the chapter Mailboxes.
