Taskbarof the Payroll Preparation

The taskbar in the payroll preparation contains following function:

Delete Record
 With a click on this button, you can delete a record you are currently placed on.
Navigation Buttons
 Using navigation buttons, you can delete records, add records, and browse and search for documents (from the left to right are following buttons: First Record, Previous Record, Lookup, Next Record, Last Record). With the lookup list you can search for an individual record.
New Record
 A click on this button will open a new record.

When creating a new payroll document you can copy data from the Preparation panel. The program will draw data from the equal payroll type with the most present payout date. The content of transferred data depends on your setting in the Earnings Types, on the selected checkboxes in the Based on Previous Calculation group.
Templates
 A click on this button will open a menu for template settings.
Wizards 

A click on this button will open a menu for Wizards.
Reports
 This button opens the Payroll Reports window.
Import/Export Data
 A click on this button will enable you to import and export data.

An extra function available on this form is 427 - Ajpes XML (used only in the GE edition of the program) and can be used to export salaries for the public administration as XML format for the requirements of the AJPES.
Help
 A click on this button will give you access to the user Help of the program.
