Form toolbar








The toolbar is located on each PANTHEON form. It is always found at the beginning or at the top of the program window.

The PANTHEON toolbar contains:
The name of form |
The standard name of the register or form, as entered in the Document Types register, is displayed.
The icon in the leftmost corner indicates a specific form, and it can also be used to create a short cut to the form.

Filter

Where it makes sense, the data in the form or in the register can also be filtered by pre-set criteria before the search (for a use case, see Subjects).
|
Add task

|
Opens the window for creating tasks.
|
Navigation buttons

|
They allow us to delete records, add records, move records and search through data. For details, see chapter Navigation buttons.
|
Templates

|
The button opens a menu for setting-up form templates.
|
Wizards

|
Opens the wizards menu for each form.
|
Reports

|
Enables reports or a preview of the form report. By clicking this button, it is opened:

Wherever the reports are more complex, Report criteria window;

For simpler reports and within report previews, a report list in the form of a tree structure, from which the desired form is selected, is opened.

Import and export data

|
Enables the import and export of data.
|
Help

|
All user support mechanisms are available in the help menu, to help the user with their work and use of the program.
By double-clicking on the Help icon or selecting the Help menu option, the Help menu will open at the beginning of the description section of the currently active form.

Window Controls

|
The window controls are the buttons that you can use to control each window:
