Object Inspector

All properties of the objects can be set in the Object inspector pane, which can be displayed or hidden in the “View>Toolbars...” menu command. The keyboard shortcut is F11.

The window has two tabs: "Properties" and "Events". On the left side there are properties or events, and on the right side their values. Below are the short descriptions of individual properties. Properties and events in the object inspector are different for each type of object.

Where numeric values are initially decimal, the cm units where integer values are pixel units. 1 dot measures 1/96 inch, which is approximately 0.265 mm. One cm is 96 / 2.54 = 37.8 pixels, which is the same as the FastReport constant fr1cm, which is used to convert from cm to dots and vice versa.

000001.gif The 'True' value in the object inspector corresponds to the checked displayed parameter in the context menu. It means that the property is enabled. The 'False' value corresponds to the unchecked check box. It means that the property is disabled.
