A huge database on a low
performance
computer can result in PANTHEON slowdown.
To reduce the database size,
a part of the records (e.g. oldest posts) can be moved to the archive to
conserve space. This is sensible only if the computer is not able to cope with
the amount of data - it does not allow you to view the general ledger.

Archive- for storing subject accounts and general ledger
into the archive,

General Journal- general journal of the archived data,

Account Card- account card of the archived
data.
