Template Settings
Name
|
Enter name of the template for future use. It
will be displayed in the Form settings
menu in taskbar. |
User
|
Displays a two-digit ID of user who created the
template. |
Shortcut |
Enter or select a key combination thus assigning
it to the template. You can use it in the window where you assigned
it. |
Description |
Enter any short text giving description for template (it is optional). |
Active |
If checked, the template is active. |
Public Use |
- Any template can by default only be used by the user who created
it (unchecked).
- Check it to make the template available to all database users.

Set Object Values
Name |
Displays object name (criteria in tree-view):
- The first part is a caption as displayed on-screen,
- and the part in brackets is the internal object name, as shown
by the Show object names function.

Visible |
- The field is by default checked, meaning that the object will
be visible, i.e. shown when the template is active,
- otherwise it will remain hidden.
(See unchecking unused criteria).

Run
|
- The field is checked by default, meaning that the value set
will be filled into the corresponding criteria when the template
is active.
- Leave it unchecked if you do not want to do so.

Value |
It is filled into the corresponding criteria.
Instead of filling-in from template it is wise that you set other method
for date fields (e.g. 1.1.2003) (see date
fields in templates).

All saved templates for the current form are listed at the bottom of the
menu.
