In the errors panel the program informs the user, which re-calculations have been carried out as well as the status of the re-calculation.

With the refreshing of stock and renewed calculation of average prices, it displays the data about which item has the negative stock and for which item the negative average price is shown. For the items from the list, the user then has to find the cause for the error in the data and correct it.

000001.gif Amounts and values of receiving and issues are being processed by the re-calculation on all decimals. With the presentation of results it compares:
  • received and issued amounts until the sixth decimal
  • received and issued values until the fourth decimal

The panel also offers the possibility of saving the list of errors:

Delete Deletes the list of displayed errors
Load Loads or displays the list of errors, which you have saved last
Save Saves the displayed list of errors, so it can be loaded again with later reviews
000001.gif If the valuation by constant prices is selected for the warehouse and the constant price is not entered in the constant prices register; the re-calculation of movements gives the valuation price 0 for such line and displays the following message in the list of errors: "Constant price is not set

Errors:

1 = `The stock is below zero`
2 = `The price is zero`
3 = `Constant price is not set`
