Inventory lines task bar
The task bar of the positions of function execution over the selected
line:
Scanner
| is meant for adding
lines with the
bar code scanner.
Inventory count can be carried out in the following manners:
- with the bar code scanner scan the status of the stock, including
the serial numbers on stock. The data is being recorded in the
inventory count line in the "inventory
count" field.
- Then click the choice "Status",
that compares the inventory status with the status on the warehouse

when the inventory status of the items that are
managed by serial numbers is being recorded, you also enter the data
about which serial numbers you have on stock. The data is entered
manually or it is being transferred from an outside file - see
Bar code scanner.
The window for entry and overview of the serial numbers for a single
item according to the inventory count can be opened with the click on
this button.

| Click on this
button allows for adding (transfer) of serial numbers from the searched
posting status (the Status column) in the inventory count (the Inventory
column) (see Do you really want to transfer
the serial numbers from status to inventory).
If you click the
OK
button, the program adds serial numbers from the posting status into the
inventory count.
The serial numbers, as well as the amount from the recorded inventory status
are being transferred! Then correct the actual amount of the serial
numbers for a single item and with this indirectly the amount at the
inventory check according to the needs.

S/n Status
| when you trigger the search for the
stock from the task bar in the chosen warehouse, the program also finds
the stock of serial numbers for the items, which are managed according
to the serial numbers. The result is displayed in window for the serial
numbers overview for a single item, which you open with the click on
this button.

In this window, it is only possible to see the data, that is
being found through the search of inventory status and are normally NOT being
corrected. For eventual correcting of that data you may use the function Serial
numbers entry from the inventory wizards menu.

the button displays the
warehouse card with the selected line.

Stock
| the button allows for the overview of
the stock status of the item on the selected line in all warehouses
(see Stock)

Item |
Click on this button or
the shortcut to this function, combination of
  buttons,
allows for a quick search for the item and the selection of it for entry
into the document.
Place yourself on a new, empty line in the
document and find the item with the help of the function for items
search (see Registers
- Item search). |
