By
The By box is
dependent on the module where it appears (ZEUS
Sales, ZEUS Purchase, ZEUS Finance, etc...) and in this way each module is
displayed differently.
It contains two radio buttons by selecting which you decide
whether you want to use the Customers
(ZEUS Sales) or Suppliers
(ZEUS Purchase) dimension as dimensions of payers and recipients (ZEUS Sales) or
suppliers and carriers (ZEUS Purchase).
The dimension thus denots the 1st or 3rd party.
This section does not appear in other modules.
Sort
In the Sort
box you select between:
- sorting in ascending order:
and
- soring in descending order:

You can sort both the alphabetic (naems of dimension
members) as well as numerical data.
Before clicking the button with which you trigger sorting,
it is necessary that you click any cell from the column you want to sort.
You can also sort "manually": drag any optional member and
drop it at the designated location.
Limitation
Here you can choose whether you want to display for the column you selected
by clicking the cell:
- all lines,
- only the "largest" lines, or
- only the "smallest" lines,
You can do this according to the selection that can be observed in the bottom
window.

Totals
In the Totals box you can decide
whether you want to display totals or not.
You can display totals by all maximized dimension members that are currently
placed on the line and column borders. You can also view only the grand (main)
totals by lines and columns.
Index
In the Index box you can confirm the
Show Index
checkbox enabling you to view them.
The index is calculated according to the following formula:

Then you have the following two options to select from
- Second/first and
- First/second.
In first case the dimension member, which is deeper down the hierarchical
tree structure, appears in the index counter formula (see Filter Settings
in Pivot Table topic). In the position of the
denominator appears the member that is higher up the hierarchical tree structure.
In the second case you have the opposite situation.

Displaying index is possible exclusively for any 2
members of any dimension (parameters). In case when two members of a single
dimension lying on
column borders
are not selected the following message appears after checking the
Show Index
checkbox:

The procedure of selecting dimension members is described in the Filter Settings
under
Creating ZEUS Analyses - Table.

Chart
If the
3D chart
checkbox is confirmed (
)
it displays data as area chart. If not, data are displayed in a two-dimensional
view.
If the
Show key
checkbox is confirmed (
)
it displays the legend.
If the
Show borders
checkbox is checked it displays borders.
By checking the
Multi-chart
checkbox you enable the option of displaying multiple charts at one time. Thus
if checked, an additional border appears where you place the dimension whose
members represent individual charts (e.g.: members on the Country
level on the Customers dimension
represent individual charts
- see values that can be found in chart).

Select the desired type of chart from the Chart type
box.
The following types are available:
as they are presented in the Preferences
topic.
