Regulations

Click Regulations in the Settings | Manufacturing menu to open the Regulations window where you can create, change, delete and view regulations using. Apply them to set rules and procedures of manufacturing processes. Thus you more precisely determine and describe procedures for use of resources and carrying out operations.

Apply regulations whenever in need to organize the available data.

Open Regulation Types by double-clicking the corresponding field. Here you can create and modify a specific regulation type.

Taskbar:

006559.gif Click it to copy regulation in Regulations where you can assign it a new ID and other data. Save it in the end.
21198.gif Click the reports menu to open Regulation Reports.
21199.jpg Use lookup fied (see taskbar) to search for resource by ID, name or parent resource.

 

Header:

 

ID
Enter an ID of regulation which cannot exceed 16 alpha-numeric characters.
Name
Enter a name of regulation which cannot exceed 40 alpha-numeric characters.
Date
Set a date when the regulation was created or better still from which on it is valid. The current date is set by default.
Responsible
Enter or select a person responsible for regulation from the Subjects register.
Regulation Type
Set type of regulation from the Regulation Types register. Open the register by double-clicking the field.

Panels

Description
Enter a text giving description of the regulation (see above).
User-defined Fields Here you can enter additional user-defined fields.
