Open the Scrap Reasons register by double-clicking Scrap Reasons field to report completed work in work orders (Manufacturing | Input Completed Work | Scrap Resons). First you have to add it by right-clicking a column title field and selecting Select Columns.
To create, change, delete or view scrap reasons in manufacturing processses, open the Scrap Reasons register.
Use recorded scrap reasons to report completed work individually or en mass. In addition, you can enter scrap reason for any operation.
Enter the following fields:
Number

Enter any two-digit alphanumeric scrap ID. |
Name

Enter a name of scrap reason whic cannot exceed 30 characters.

Click it in order to copy to Scrap Reasons register. Before saving the record, just correct ID and name. |

Click it to create a report on scrap reasons.
The following data are displayed in report header:
- The date and time when a report was generated are displayed in the header.
- ID and name of document type appear in the header.
- The report name as set in Document Types settings - in this case "Scrap Reasons" - appears here.
The report displays numbers and names of scrap reasons.
