Report Log

Here you can monitor report logs, of those reports printed from database.

44873.gifEnable Report Log The parameter enables creating report logs, which means:
  • If checked, enables monitoring report logs
  • If unchecked, disables monitoring report logs
44874.gifEnable Report Content Logging The parameter enables creating logs of report content, which means:
  • If checked, the report type is stored in database as well
  • If unchecked, the report types is not stored in database

If checked, you can at any moment display a report with the same content.

Filters

Report Enter report ID.
User Select a user from selection table for whom you want to create a data overview.
Date From Enter the date from which on you want to create the overview.
(Date) To Enter the date to including which you want to create the overview.

Since the hour of printing can also be set as date criteria, no data is returned when just specifying two equivalent dates. Thus, should you want data on some specific day select the date criteria where the second date comes at least one day later than the first one.   
Type Select report type. You can select between the following options:
  • 0-All - all records are displayed regardless of the type
  • P-Printed - all printed records are displayed
  • S-Saved to File - all records that were saved to a file are displayed
  • E-mail - records that were sent by e-mail are displayed

Filter Clikcing the Filter button displays data according to the entered criteria.

Show All Clicking the Show All button displays all data

 

Lines

Time Displays the date and time report was printed.
User Displays the user who printed the report.
Rep. Displays the ID of report, which you printed.
Type Displays the method in which the report was processed (printed, sent by e-mail or saved as a file).
Name Displays the name of report, which was printed, sent by e-mail or saved as a file.
Report Type Displays type of report, which was printed, sent by e-mail or saved as a file.
Parameters Displays the document numebr when the printed report was a document defined in šDocument Types register.
