The small tools are included in the identical way than the fixed assets - for a detailed description od data in the register as well as their use see this topic. 

It is used as a register of small tools that are in use and it enables depreciation and revaluation calculation for small tools.

For use in the staff records you can mark the small tools as protective equipment. If the small tools are marked as protective equipment, two additional windows are opened where you may enter:

  • In stock- the amount of protective equipment, which is still available,  is displayed - not supplied. The number drops when you choose protective equipment for the worker from the HSW panel.
  • Frequency- you enter the frequency (in months) how often the protective equipment shall be inspected or changed.
