Search for servicing WO

The Search for servicing WO​ form is used to search for desired servicing WOs (work orders) using different filters.

To open the from, select Servicing WO List from the menu and click the Search button on the bottom right side of the form, and form will appear.

 

Document Type

Enables you to filter servicing WOs by document type of the WO. You can select among the predefined document types in the Document types register.

WO status

From the displayed list, select the WO status by which you can filter servicing WOs.

There are seven different statuses:

  • Planned – The status of a servicing WO created from a schedule.
  • Open – This status indicates that the WO has been created from the plan or using the quick release of servicing WOs.
  • Allocated – This status indicates that hard allocations for the material requirements of this servicing WO have been made.
  • Released This status indicates that the allocations for material requirements and for resource capacities have been made of the servicing WO to carry out the service work operations.
  • In progress – This status indicates that transactions (issuing) related to material and/or work operations have already been recorded for the servicing WO.
  • Partially finished – This status indicates that the servicing WO has already recorded the work of the operations, but required quantity has not yet been reached.
  • Finished – This status is assigned to all servicing WOs for which all the required quantities (material and work operations) have been done and the WO has been closed.

Date from

Enter the start date of the desired period by which you want to filter the servicing WOs. This way, you can quickly find servicing WOs that have been created after a certain date.

Date to

Enter the end date of the desired period by which you want to filter the servicing WO. This way, you can quickly find WOs that have been created up to a certain date.

Data from daily plan

If the toggle button is enabled, only those servicing WOs are displayed that are assigned to the logged-in user, depending on the level of authorization.

This way, the worker only sees the WOs assigned to the worker that are scheduled for service on the current date according to the daily plan.

At the same time, the worker’s superior can see the WOs that are assigned to the superior and to all superior’s subordinates according to the daily plan.

Active work orders

If the toggle button is enabled, only work orders that are active (work in beeing recorded on them at the time) are displayed.

(Clear)

Resets all filters.

Confirmation

Confirms all selected or entered filters and applies them for to the servicing WO List.

 

 

(Back)   Returns to the Servicing WO List.
