In this panel you can track all documents that are in some way linked to the individual employee.
In this field you can define following fields:
Type

In this field you can select from lookup grid choose a predefined types:
- Agreement
- Annex
- Diploma
- Spricevalo
- Other
With the double-click we enter the Types of Documents Register.

Types from 1 to 5 are predefined and in the register Types of Documents cannot be changed. However, we can add new types from including 6 forward.

Name
|
Name of from the Types of Documents register is transferred. Here we cannot change or correct data. We can change it in the Types of Documents Register.

Issued
|
We can enter a date when a document was issued.
|
Received
|
We can enter a date when an employee received a document.
|
Valid Until
|
We can define the date till when the document is valid.
|
Name
|
When we selected the path to the document we need to add a name of the document – we name it.

Document
|
First we set the path to the document, with a right-click in the field, a special menu will open

- Open – the program will open a window, if the path to a document is already set. The same will happen if you double-click the field.
- Change - the program will open a window where you can change the path to the document and the changes if after we re-select it.
- Add - the program will open a window where you can select the path to the document.
- Reset - the program will delete the path to the document.

In this panel you can track documents that are linked to the employee, including documents created from the Personnel | Forms | Documents! These documents can be employment contracts, annexes, statements, etc. |
In case we have in Administration panel | Documentation confirmed checker Connect to Document Management System and selected Mnmo driver DPA, than in this panel will show new tab Digital Archive.
