Account

Enter the account number for which you want to prepare the outstanding items report. By default, this is the first customer's account from the menu Administration panel | Financials | General. If an account is missing, PANTHEON will find it in the chart of accounts. It will take customers and suppliers accounts (for Customers - K-Customer/Receivables (is Subj.) and for Suppliers - D-Supplier/Payables (is Subj.)).
You can also use the multiselect button for checking several accounts.

Range |
Check this checkbox when filtering by a range of accounts. |
Account |
Additional account. Outstanding items report can be prepared for:
- two accounts in one report. For example, for one subject you can prepare a report for domestic and foreign liabilities. In this case, do not check the Range checkbox.
- for a specific range of accounts. In this case, the Range checkbox should be checked.

Contra Account |
Contra account is one of possible parameters for the outstanding items report. |
Subject |
Subject is one of the parameters for the outstanding items report. |
Name 2 |
Name 2 is one of the parameters for the outstanding items report. |
Department |
You can enter a department or departments to find outstanding items linked to departments. Use for multi select. |
Cost Center |
You can enter a cost center or cost centers to find outstanding items linked to cost centers. Use for multi select.

HINT
Using the function opens a lookup table in which multiple options can be selected within a single field. In this case, different Cost Centers in relation to their Name, Group or Status are displayed.
In the lookup table, you can see also non-active cost centers.

Subject Type |
The drop-down menu with subject types enables you to prepare the outstanding items report for the selected subject type. Use for multi select. |
Status |
Subjects status can be used as one of the parameters of the outstanding items report. |
Country |
Report can be limited by subject's country. |
Link Doc. |
Report can be limited by the linked document. |
Document |
Report can be limited by the document number. |
Person res. |
Report can be limited by the person responsible. Person responsible is the user defined in the Administration Panel. |
3rd Party |
Report can be limited by the 3rd party from header od issued or received invoices. Filter is disabled for reports from group of reports - Summary by Subjects (balance). |
Statuses in Journal Entry Line (exclude) |
Statuses on general journal can be set up in the Post Statuses register. If you enter the posting status in this field, the posts with such a status will be excluded from the report. |
On a Specific Day |
Todays' date is automatically entered.
Report can be created using the Period or Document date.

Amounts |
The following options are available:
- In LCY (local currency )
- In FCY (foreign currency, that is the original currency entered in PANTHEON; select FCY from the drop-down menu if you want to check only one FCY)

Type of Outstanding Items |
There are two options:
- Customers – Shows outstanding items for customers' accounts.
- Suppliers – Shows outstanding items for suppliers' accounts.
If no account is set, the report includes all accounts marked as customer/receivables or supplier/payables accounts in the chart of accounts.

Document Status |
Select the document status of the report (date depends on the due date of the document):
- Open – Prepare report with documents opened under the set criteria,
- Closed – Prepare report with documents opened under the set criteria,
- All - Prepare report with documents opened and closed under the set criteria.

Type |
Select the type of the accounts for the documents you want in the report:
- Subsidiary Accounts – Include documents where postings include subject and report does not depend on the settings in the chart of accounts.
- General Ledger – Include documents where postings do not include subject data.

Exclude Set-Offs in Progress |
You can decide whether you want to include set-offs in progress in report or not. If checked, excludes set -offs from the report. |
Exclude Grace Period |
Overdue grace period can be set up in the Subjects register in Financial Details. If checked, excludes documents in the grace period from the outstanding items report. PANTHEON will preliminary search for the grace period on the subject and then on the subject type.

Exclude Closing Entry |
You can decide whether you want to include the closing entry in report or not. If checked, excludes the closing entry. |
