Copying serial numbers makes it easy to produce serial numbers on the basis of the leading constant, the serial number, and the quantity of serial numbers.

 

Example: You're receiving 10 pieces of the article SERIALNO-E, which is tracked by serial number with the sequential serial numbers TBR00001 to TBR00010. After entering a line and a quantity of 10 pieces in the document, a window for entering serial numbers will appear: in the Leading Constant field, enter TBR, in the Serial Number field enter 00001, and in the Serial Number Count field enter 10. Click the Copy button to automatically create the desired serial numbers.

When you click then Copy button, the progam will copy serial numbers 00001 to 00010 with the constant TBR.
