Copy Evaluation
Periodic evaluation is intended for evaluation based on pre-set employee evaluation criteria. By using the Copy Evaluation wizard available under Employee Files | Personal Rating we can transfer the evaluation in the Employee files | Evaluation panel.

The Copy Evaluation wizard in taskbar is available only in the Evaluation panel of the Employee files l Position/Salary.

The description of form fields is divided into 3 main parts:

- Header section
- Center section
- Bottom section
|
After choosing Copy Evaluation a new window opens, where we set the criteria for transfer:

1. Header section
In the header of the Employee Evaluation by Positions form there are the following fields to define. By these criteria the program will transfer evaluation to the employee files:
Period from/to
|
In this field you can select from the lookup list the period of the evaluation. You can select only among periods that are entered in the register of average salaries.

Superior
|
In this field you can select the person that is the superior to the employee and will evaluate the efficiency.
|
Employee
|
In this field you can select from the multiselect lookup list the employee to whom you would like to copy the evaluation. If you have selected only this criterion, the program will copy evaluation only to the selected employee.

Department
|
In this field you can select from the mulitselect lookup list the department to which the position belongs.
|
Position
|
In this field you can select from the multiselect lookup list the position of the employee. If you have selected only this criterion, the program will copy evaluation to all employees at this position.

Calculate
|
In this field you can select in which Payroll preparation you will use this evaluation.

Formula
|
In this field you can enter the formula to calculate the evaluation.

If you click on the Prepare New Data button, program will set data in the center and at the bottom table
If you click Take over old data the program will transfer data to the table in the center and at the bottom of the form.

WARNING
In this form you can enter or select tables only in the following fields: - Description, - Rating. Other fields cannot be edited. You can only access their registers with double click on fields. |
2. Center section
The center of the form has the following columns:
Employee
|
The program will according to selected criteria enter the employee.
|
Position
|
The program will according to selected criteria enter the employee's position.
|
Period
|
The program will according to selected criteria enter the period for which you would like to copy evaluation.
|
Points/Percentage
|
The program will according to selected criteria enter to an individual employee the sum of points from the Points column from the table at the bottom of the form. Of course, the Points field must below in the form must be defined.

Performance Bonus Amount
|
In this field the program will transfer the sum from the variable from the field Formula.
|
Description
|
In this field you can enter the description of your evaluation.
|
3. Bottom section
At the bottom of the form there are the following columns:
Name
|
The program will display only names of evaluation and for positions which you have entered in the Positions of Employment register in the Evaluation panel.

Rating
|
In this field you can select active raitings from the lookup list the value of the rating from the register of evaluation types to which you can access with a double click on this field.
|
Weight
|
The program will draw this information from the register of evaluation types from the Evaluation panel of the Positions of Employment register.
|
Points/Percentage
|
The program will calculate a proportional share of the rating. This proportion presents the rating in the Points column of the table in the center of the form.

Note
|
In this field program will transfer entered notes.
|
Evaluator's Note
|
In this field program will transfer entered notes from Evaluator. The limit for input in this field is up to 8000 characters.

Evaluator
|
The program will transfer the name of evaluator. If evaluation type is raited by superion than evaluator would be employee's superior. Evaluator is defined in Evaluation type or in Position register for each position.

The program will send e-mail to the address set in the Employee Files.
|

Once you click on the Save button, the program will transfer evaluation data to Employee files | Position/Salary | Evaluation panel.

WARNING
If the variable #MUSPEH# for monthly evaluation has been used in the current salary calculation despite the calculatation for the current month hasn't been finished, then at the press of Save button the error pops up.

After removing the calculation records, the program will let you continue.
