The General tab of the Resources register allows you to edit a resource’s general information, the type of resource, and the hierarchy.
Here you can specify available capacities linked to the selected work calendar. You can also access and link the Regulations and Salary Grade. Resource costs can also be edited here.

Below is a description of the tab’s features.

In this field, you can add an image of the resource.
The image can be uploaded, saved, or otherwise edited by right-clicking on the field.

In this section, you can specify the resource costs incurred in carrying out the manufacturing process operations.
The costs determined in this way can be directly used in the cost estimation of the production costs, and in the cost analysis of the production costs of the work orders, by defining the work order document types. In both cases, we use formulas whose parameters are the values of the cost fields, to define the calculation structure for the calculation of production costs.

There are two types of resource costs displayed. The fields for each type can be defined in the Administration Panel of the Settings | Manufacturing | Registers | Resources panel.
5.1 Set-Up Costs
Set-up costs include the costs related to the set-up time (Tsu) of a specific operation. That is, they include the direct set-up cost for the employee work, as well as the cost incurred during the set-up time. The basic cost incurred during the work process and the cost of management and sales, that is, the so-called overhead, can be included in the set-up time.
5.2 Production Costs
The production costs include the costs which are related to the production time (Tpr) of a specific operation. The direct set-up costs for employee work, as well as the costs incurred during the production time, belong here. The basic costs incurred during the work process and the costs of management and sales, that is, the so-called overhead, can be included in the production time.

Hint
Values in the fields can be changed using the adjustment factor for a specific Cumulative resource. For more information read the chapter Resource Cost Adjustment.
