Documents

The Documents tab on the Notify Contacts form provides an overview of sent messages that are automatically saved to Documentation. Data about successfully and unsuccessfully sent messages is displayed.

The documents tab is composed of several sections:

- Preview
- Tabs

Displays the standard Documents form for all successfully and unsuccessfully sent messages saved to Documentation.
Displays a documentation preview form with standard navigation buttons. On the preview, contact data, the location where the message was sent and the contents of the sent message are displayed.
On the form, the standard tabs from the Documents tab are available: Links, Metadata, Files and Chat Log.
The Metadata tab on the Notify Contacts form has the following preprepared fields that are automatically filled in when sending a message.
If the sending was unsuccessful, the error is visible in the Error field.

Subject

This field lists the name of the subject to whom the message was sent.

Classification
|
This field contains the classification code, where the document was classified when sending.
The classification is set in the DMS Archive in the Document Types register.

Number
|
This field contains the phone number or e-mail address where the message was sent.
|
Receiver
|
This field contains the name of the contact to whom the message was sent.
|
Status
|
This field displays the sending status:
- 1 – Sending successful
- -1 – Sending unsuccessful

Status
|
This field contains the date and time of sending the message.
|
Error
|
If sending was unsuccessful, the error is recorded here.
