Download Storage registers

In PANTHEON, an electronic document storage is available, called eDocumentation.
According to the selected eDocumentation service (eDocumentation, Certified eDocumentation, Local eDocumentation), download the corresponding predefined Storage into the register via Web Service.

1. Transferring storage via Web Service
To transfer Storage via Web Service, the person responsible selects Settings | Program | Administration panel. Then, the person responsible selects the Settings | Documentation | Storage panel.

In the toolbar, the person responsible clicks the
(Import/Export data) button and selects the option Transfer Registers.

A Register transfer - Storage window opens.
In the Import type section, the person responsible selects the checkbox Adding, as this is the first time the predefined registers will be transferred.
Then, in the For country field, the person responsible selects the localization: SI from the drop-down list, as the person responsible wants to import storage in accordance with the localization for Slovenia.

The person responsible carries out the transfer by clicking the Transfer from server button.
2. Transferring storage into register
In step two, the person responsible transfers storage into the register via Web Service.
To do so, on the transferred storages list, the person responsible selects the storages on the transferred storages list that the company will use. This is done by selecting the checkbox in the Yes/No column.
In this case, the person responsible selects eDocumentation and Certified eDocumentation, which have been previously activated, and the option No Storage.
The person responsible also selects the option No Storage, as certain documents in the company will not be electronically stored.

The transfer process finishes with the Transfer into register button.
On the screen, an information window opens, where the person responsible clicks the Confirm button.
Next, the person responsible checks the storages in the register.
3. Checking storages in register
After successfully transferring the storages into the register, the person responsible wants to find a specific storage and check, or define, its settings.
To search for storages, the person responsible clicks the
(three dots) icon in the search field and deletes the search data.

By clicking the name of the storage on the list and clicking the Confirm button, the person responsible selects the desired storage in order to define its settings.
