Create New Incident
To successfully submit incidents the following information must be supplied:
| Priority |
The severity of the reported issue. Select among the following:
- Alarm - critical issue
- Error - serious error, but not top priority
- Hint - request for further instructions
- Improvement - suggestion for improvements
- Sales - question about sales (upgrade, prices, licenses, etc.)

| Localization |
SI for Slovenia is selected as default.
The localization to which the reported issue applies:
- SI - Slovenian
- HR - Croatian
- YU - Serbian
- BA - Bosnian)

| Build |
The PANTHEON build number that you were using when the issue occured. |
| Areas |
The area in which the issue occurred (usually: PANTHEON).

Check it to be able to attach any file to the incident.
Having saved the text of incident (by clicking
) you can attach up to three files to the incident (see
attaching file).
If left unchecked and you already saved the incident, you cannot attach a file. Attachment You can attach up to three files to the incident. In such a case enter a new answer and link it to the missing attachments (see
answering the incident).

Click the Save button in the upper right corner after you have entered all information. Having checked Attachment the menu for attaching files appears (see
attaching files).
For future use, submitted and stored incident can be observed in the
General submenu of individual directory (All, Open, My Open, etc.). On the other hand, attached files can be found in the
Attachments submenu.
