To publish the form PD-1 for employment office, place cursor on a line in the Vacancies panel and select it from wizards menu.

The following data and sections are included in form:

1. Employer Address The data for company which is set in the This Company field in Adminstration Panel | Program Parameters | Settings | Company | General is obtained from Name and Address fields in the Subjects | General panel.
2. Number in company register The data for company which is set in the This Company field in Adminstration Panel | Program Parameters | Settings | Company | General is obtained from the Reg. No. field in the Subjects | General panel.
3. Activity Code The data for company which is set in the This Company field in Adminstration Panel | Program Parameters | Settings | Company | General is obtained from the Activity Code field in the Subjects | General panel.
5. Admin. Area of Position The following number of employees/interns are to be employed to the position in the specified administrative area, hereafter described and specified. The value is by default set to 1.
6. Job Description of Available Position Enter a job name and description of available position.
  • Data in the first field is obtained from the Position field in header of Positions of Employment.
  • Data in the second field is obtained from the Standard Occupation field in Positions of Employment | General.
  • Finally, data in the third field is obtained from Positions of Employment | General.
8. Education
  • Data in the first line is obtained from the Required Education and Occupation fields in Positions of Employment | General | Education box.
  • Data in the second line is obtained from the Alternate and Occupation fields in Positions of Employment | General | Education box.

12. Employment Position is Available
  • Now: Select it in case the current date is entered in the Pos. Avail. From field in Positions of Employment | Vacancy Details.
  • By Agreement: Select it when the Pos. Avail. From field in Positions of Employment | Vacancy Details is empty.
  • From Date: Select it in case the current date is not entered in the Pos. Avail. From field in Positions of Employment | Vacancy Details.

14. Shift Work The values are displayed according to how you set the Shift Work field in Positions of Employment | General. Below you can observe available values:
  • One-shift work:

    1 - One shift - morning

    2 - One shift - afternoon

    3 - One shift - at night

  • Two-shifts or more:

    4 - Two shifts

    5 - More shifts

  • Split working day

    6- Split working day

  • Flexible/irregular working time

    7- Flexible/irregular working time
16. Required Experience Select the appropriate option according to the Experience (Years/Months) fields in Positions of Employment | Knowledge/Skills:
  • No: That is, if the above-mentioned fields are empty, or
  • Yes/Years, Months: The values entered in any of the above fields are transferred accordingly.
17. Physical Skills Select the appropriate option according to the skills set in Positions of Employment | Knowledge/Skills.
18. Other Skills Select the appropriate option according to the skills set in Positions of Employment | Knowledge/Skills.
19. Driver's License for the Categories Select the appropriate option according to the driver's license categories set in Positions of Employment | Knowledge/Skills.
24. Days to Apply Select it according to data calculated from values set in Application Deadline and PD-1 fields in Positions of Employment | Vacancy Details.
