Report type |
To create the report from the selected data, you can select one of the two predefined reports. They are displayed by double-clicking the report type name or by clicking the report icon:

Document Types |
Select the document types you want to include in the report. |
Report date |
By default, the current date is used. |
Include Overpayments |
If checked, the program considers all prepayments, received or paid up to the report date. |
Inflow Account |
You can enter one or several accounts by using the multiselect button, to which the inflows are posted. If you want to display the inflow report too, the Report field should be selected. |
Outflow Account |
You can enter one or several accounts by using the button, to which the outflows are posted. If you want to display the outflow report too, the Report field should be selected. |
Supplier Type |
The overview can be limited by the individual supplier type. |
Buyer Type |
The overview can be limited by the individual customer type. |
Subject |
The overview can be limited by the individual subject. |
Name 2 |
It is possible to select that the Subjects are listed under Name 2. If you want to have Name 2 on the list, you need to check the checkbox Use Name 2 as Subject name in Settings | Program | Administration Panel | Settings | Company | Document Texts. |
Person Res. |
The report can be limited to the Person responsible. The persen responsible can be selected directly on the invoice or in Subject register. |
Clerk |
The report can be limited to a single clerk (from the header of the general ledger) who has created the entry. |
Department |
The report can be limited to an individual department linked to the outstanding items. |
Cost Center |
The report can be limited to an individual cost center linked to the outstanding items.

HINT
Using the function opens a lookup table in which multiple options can be selected within a single field. In this case, different Cost Centers in relation to their Name, Group or Status are displayed.
In the lookup table, you can see also non-active cost centers.

Country |
The exception can be limited by the selection of the country of them from the Country Selection List. Multiple countries can be selected using the multiselect button. |
Due from |
The report can be limited by the period start date, to which the due date of documents (from journal entry items) that you want to include in the report is linked to. |
Due to |
The report can be limited by the period end date, to which the due date of documents (from journal entry items) that you want to include in the report is linked to. |
Document from |
The report can be limited by the period start date, to which documents (from journal entry items) that you want to include in the report are linked to. |
Document to |
The report can be limited by the period end date, to which documents (from journal entry items) that you want to include in the report are linked to. |
Target Date From |
The report can be limited by the period start date, to which the posting date (from journal entry header) of documents that you want to include in the report is linked to. |
Target Date To |
The report can be limited by the period end date, to which belongs the posting date (from journal entry header) of documents that you want to include in the report is linked to. |
Statuses in Journal Entry Line (exclude) |
The statuses on the journal entry are indicated in the register of posting statuses. If a criterion is entered in this field, the documents matching this status will not be displayed. |
Document |
The report can be limited by individual internal document ID. By using wildcard characters, you can also limit the report to a set of documents. |
Linked Document |
The report may be restricted by individua linked document ID. By using wildcard characters, you can also limit the report to a set of documents. |
Document Date |
The report can be limited to the date of the document. |
Target Date |
The report can be limited to the posting date. |
Exclude Grace Period |
Overdue grace period can be set up in the Subject register in Financial details. If checked, excludes the items for the partner according to the grace period defined in the settings. |
Due date |
This option affects the way partial payments of claims and liabilities are displayed. It does not affect the balance of the outstanding items (it is always the same), but it does affect the way document values and its subsequent payment are sorted in the individual date columns. You can select one of the following options:
- Payments – For partially closed items, the value of the partial payment of the document is indicated in that date column to which the payment is linked to.
- Documents – For partially closed items, the value of the partial payment of the document is indicated in that date column to which the document, which is closed by the partial payment, is linked to.

Status |
We may select on of the options of how the debt structure is represented:
- Overdue – In this report, the summary of due items is displayed in the Overdue column, items which are not due are displayed by dates until the due date.
- Non-due – The summary for this items, which are not yet due, is displayed in the report's Non-due column, due items are displayed by dates when payment was due.

Find Exchange Rate |
Select the exchange rate:
- As of Target date – The program will use the rate as of the date of the posting period.
- Document Date – The program will use the rate as of the document date.
- As Set in Date to – The program will use the rate by the document date to.

Amounts |
The exchange rate can be limited by currency:
- In LCY – In the primary currency.
- In FCY – In another currency. By selecting this option, the Currency selection and Convert To fields are activated.

Overdue thresholds |
Five items are available where you can enter the number of days, which are used as period limits, in which outstanding items are due. Predefined period limits are 1, 7, 15, 30 and 60 days, which can optionally be changed. Changes are stored by the individual user and also affect the display of financial data (Supplier, Customer). |
Show Dates |
By selecting the Show dates option, dates will be displayed on the screen instead of the numbers. In the case of overdue documents, you can look at the summary for the previous month, or in the case of missing documents, you can look at the summary for the future. The individual user can save the defined set of data, which results in the display of financial data in the Subjects register (Supplier, Buyer). |
Print |
Prints the report. |
