Superior
Enter or select a superior.
Standard Occupation
Enter or select a seven-digit ID of position from Standard Occupational Classification. The name is displayed automatically in the field below. You can access the registers via Datalab FTP server.
From Salary Grade Enter or select a valid salary grade. The factor is calculated on the basis of salary grade.
To Salary Grade Enter or select a valid salary grade. The factor is calculated on the basis of salary grade.

Leave on Work Cond. Enter the number of days of leave as bonus due to difficult working conditions.

Working Hrs
Enter the amount of working hours per week. It is used in calculating length of service for part-time jobs and in case of an employee holding two jobs. This is checked agains data entered in Administration Panel.
Shift Work
Enter or select an ID of shift.
Leave Formula
Set a leave formula for employment position. The following message is returned after having selected the formula: Leave formula has been changed. Copy new formula to all employees on the position of XXX?
If you leave the field empty, company vacation formula or the one you entered in Employee Files will be valid for all employees.
Increased
Check it in case of a position of employment entitled to length of service increase. A lookup table will be enabled where you can make the appropriate selection from the Length of Service Increase register. The field on the right displays rate of increase.

Medical Exam.
Check it in case an employee requires to pass medical examination for this employment position. A lookup table will be enabled where you can select the appropriate examination. Data is recorded in the Medical Examinations panel in Employee Files.

HSW Cert
Check it in case an employee requires to obtain health and safety at work certification for this employment position. A lookup table will be enabled where you can select the appropriate certificate. Data is recorded in the HSW Qualifications panel in Employee Files.

 The number of workers currently working at position is displayed in the field on the right.
Required Education Enter or select an ID of required education.
Occup. Enter or select an occupation ID. Double-click it to open the corresponding register.
Field Enter specific education field of employment position.
Alternate Education Enter or select an ID of alternate education.
Occup. Enter or select an occupation ID. Double-click it to open the corresponding register.
Field Enter specific education field of employment position.
Document Note Enter a note to position. Here you can pinpoint and set exact profile of employees working at the position.
