Position
Enter a name of position of employment. The following message is returned if you leave the field empty: Position must have a valid name!

 

Dept.
Enter or select a department where the position belongs. The default value filled in Employee Files | Position | Payroll can be changed at will.
Active If checked, the position is active. It can be used in Position report as criteria.
Name 2 Enter a name of item type which cannot exceed 100 characters.
Name 3 Enter a full name of position of employment.
Senior Position
To create company structure hierarchically, set senior position to the currently selected one.
(department of senior position) Displays department of senior position. It cannot be changed.
Trainee Check it when basic trainee position is displayed in the field Z580 in payroll. It is visible only when using the GE edition.
Director Check it when entering the field Z114 in payroll. If checked, it affects that the correct information is recorded to .xml file for ISPAP. It is only visible in the GE edition.
