The journal entry taskbar includes the following elements: 

 Navigation buttons

 They enable deleting, adding, moving of records as well as searching through data (see Navigation Buttons).

 Just like anywhere else in the program the journal entry can be deleted by clicking the 017949.jpg delete icon. Before you delete journal entry, you have to confirm the operation (see Do you really want to delete the complete journal entry?).

(lookup)

 Lookup- By clicking the 017951.jpg icon a special lookup table is opened, with the help of which you may search for, sort and filter the existing records in the database by ID, period date or clerk, who created it.
Templates

 It opens the menu, in which you can set up the templates of forms. 
Wizards

 It opens the Wizards menu. 
Report

 By clicking the report icon you may print the general journal. As a criteria for printing, the ID of the selected journal entry is offered automatically.
Import/export data

 It enables the import and export of dataand adding of tasks
Help

 All the mechanisms for user support are available in the Help menu. By double-clicking the help 017957.jpg icon or by selecting the Help option from the menu you open the help topic described at the beginning of the currently opened form.
Window controls

 By using the window controls you can minimize, maximize or close individual windows.
