To record an absence in the calendar, select the appropriate absence type. The absence type is actually an
earnings type with the Type of Absence different from Not an absence.
- Through the Retrieve from Calendar function you can to each employee transfer data from the calendar to whom you have entered the absence. In the payroll preparation, the program will create a line for the appropriate work type, i.e. leave, sick leave, etc.
The program will also transfer the number of hours of the individual absence types, keep the total hours worked, lower the number of working hours and increase the number of the absence hours. The transfer will also edit the number of earnings types that are included in the hours worked. If you have set correct formulas for the calculation of absences, the information for the payroll preparation is completed.
